NGC 3699 (also ESO 129-PN21 and PK 292+1.1) is a magnitude +11.3 planetary nebula located in the constellation Centaurus.
The nebula was discovered by British astronomer John Herschel using a 47.5 cm (18.7 inch) f/13 speculum reflector at the Cape of Good Hope on the 1st April 1834.
