NGC 3320 (also IRAS 10366+4739, MCG 8-20-10, UGC 5794 and PGC 31708) is a magnitude +12.3 spiral galaxy located 107 million light-years away in the constellation Ursa Major.
The galaxy was discovered by German-British astronomer William Herschel using a 47.5 cm (18.7 inch) f/13 speculum reflector at Windsor Road, Slough, on the 1st April 1788.
