NGC 4120 (also IRAS 12060+6949, MCG 12-12-1, UGC 7121 and PGC 38553) is a magnitude +13.5 spiral galaxy located 103 million light-years away in the constellation Draco.
The galaxy was discovered by German-British astronomer William Herschel using a 47.5 cm (18.7 inch) f/13 speculum reflector at Windsor Road, Slough, on the 6th April 1793.
