NGC 5034 (also IRAS 13107+7054, MCG 12-13-1, UGC 8295 and PGC 45859) is a magnitude +13.3 spiral galaxy located 400 million light-years away in the constellation Ursa Minor.
The galaxy was discovered by German-British astronomer William Herschel using a 47.5 cm (18.7 inch) f/13 speculum reflector at Windsor Road, Slough, on the 7th April 1793.
