NGC 3761 (also PGC 35933) is a magnitude +13.9 elliptical galaxy located 324 million light-years away in the constellation Leo.
The galaxy was discovered by French astronomer Edouard Jean-Marie Stephan using a 80.01 cm (31.5 inch) reflector at the Marseille Observatory on the 11th April 1882.
