NGC 5137 (also PGC 46907) is a magnitude +15.1 spiral galaxy located 331 million light-years away in the constellation Virgo.
The galaxy was discovered by American astronomer Lewis Swift using a 40.64 cm (16 inch) Alvan Clark and Sons refractor at the Warner Observatory, East Avenue, Rochester, New York, on the 17th April 1887.
