NGC 3681 (also IRAS 11238+1708, MCG 3-29-48, UGC 6445 and PGC 35193) is a magnitude +11.2 face-on spiral galaxy located 57 million light-years away in the constellation Leo.
The galaxy was discovered by German-British astronomer William Herschel using a 47.5 cm (18.7 inch) f/13 speculum reflector at Datchet, Berkshire, on the 17th April 1784.
