NGC 5041 (also IRAS 13122+3058, MCG 5-31-162, UGC 8319 and PGC 46046) is a magnitude +13.4 face-on spiral galaxy located 343 million light-years away in the constellation Coma Berenices.
The galaxy was discovered by German astronomer Heinrich Louis d'Arrest using a 27.94 cm (11 inch) f/17.5 Merz-Refractor at the Copenhagen Observatory on the 19th April 1865.
