NGC 4334 (also IRAS 12208+0744, MCG 1-32-35, UGC 7458 and PGC 40218) is a magnitude +13.0 barred spiral galaxy located 195 million light-years away in the constellation Virgo.
The galaxy was discovered by British astronomer John Herschel using a 45.72 cm (18 inch) f/13 speculum reflector at Windsor Road, Slough, on the 24th April 1830.
