NGC 3569 (also MCG 6-25-20, UGC 6238 and PGC 34075) is a magnitude +13.3 face-on spiral galaxy located 343 million light-years away in the constellation Ursa Major.
The galaxy was discovered by German-Danish astronomer Heinrich Louis d'Arrest using a 27.94 cm (11 inch) f/17.5 refractor at the Copenhagen Observatory on the 27th April 1864.
