NGC 3784 (also MCG 5-28-6 and PGC 36147) is a magnitude +14.4 barred spiral galaxy located 315 million light-years away in the constellation Leo.
The galaxy was discovered by French astronomer Edouard Jean-Marie Stephan using a 80.01 cm (31.5 inch) reflector at the Marseille Observatory on the 28th April 1881.
