NGC 4137 (also MCG 7-25-33, UGC 7135 and PGC 38619) is a magnitude +14.1 face-on barred spiral galaxy located 514 million light-years away in the constellation Canes Venatici.
The galaxy was discovered by French astronomer Edouard Jean-Marie Stephan using a 80.01 cm (31.5 inch) reflector at the Marseille Observatory on the 4th May 1881.
