NGC 4351 (also NGC 4354, IRAS 12214+1229, MCG 2-32-24, UGC 7476 and PGC 40306) is a magnitude +12.6 barred spiral galaxy located 106 million light-years away in the constellation Virgo.
The galaxy was discovered by German-Danish astronomer Heinrich Louis d'Arrest using a 27.94 cm (11 inch) f/17.5 refractor at the Copenhagen Observatory on the 19th May 1863. The galaxy was rediscovered by American astronomer Lewis Swift in 1887 and relisted as NGC 4354.
