NGC 6330 (also IRAS 17138+2927, MCG 5-41-5, UGC 10776 and PGC 59961) is a magnitude 14.0 barred spiral galaxy located 399 million light-years away in the constellation Hercules.
The galaxy was discovered by French astronomer Edouard Jean-Marie Stephan using a 80.01 cm (31.5 inch) reflecting telescope at the Marseille Observatory on the 12th June 1880.
