NGC 6136 (also MCG 9-27-19 and PGC 57892) is a magnitude +14.8 spiral galaxy located 431 million light-years away in the constellation Draco.
The galaxy was discovered by American astronomer Lewis A. Swift using a 40.6 cm (16 inch) Alvan Clark and Sons refractor at the Warner Observatory, East Avenue, Rochester, New York, on the 6th July 1886.
