NGC 6109 (also MCG 6-36-16, UGC 10316 and PGC 57748) is a magnitude +12.7 lenticular galaxy located 407 million light-years away in the constellation Corona Borealis.
The galaxy was discovered by French astronomer Edouard Stephan using a 80.01 cm (31.5 inch) reflecting telescope at the Marseille Observatory on the 7th July 1880.
