NGC 6635 (also MCG 2-47-3, UGC 11239 and PGC 61900) is a magnitude +13.4 spiral galaxy located 244 million light-years away in the constellation Hercules.
The galaxy was discovered by German astronomer Albert Marth using a 121.92 cm (48 inch) speculum reflector at William Lassell's Tigné Point observatory in Sliema, Malta, on the 9th July 1863.
