NGC 7051 (also IRAS 21171-0859, MCG -2-54-4 and PGC 66566) is a magnitude +13.0 spiral galaxy located 116 million light-years away in the constellation Aquarius.
The galaxy was discovered by British astronomer John Herschel using a 47.5 cm (18.7 inch) f/13 speculum reflecting telescope at Slough, England, on the 30th July 1827.
