NGC 2314 (also MCG 13-6-3, UGC 3677 and PGC 20305) is a magnitude +12.2 elliptical galaxy located 176 million light-years away in the constellation Camelopardalis.
The galaxy was discovered by German astronomer Ernst Wilhelm Leberecht Tempel using a 27.94 cm (11 inch) f/19 refracting telescope at the Arcetri Observatory on the 1st August 1883.
