NGC 164 (also MCG 0-2-89 and PGC 2181) is a magnitude +15.8 face-on spiral galaxy located in the constellation Pisces.
The galaxy was discovered by German astronomer Albert Marth using a 121.92 cm (48 inch) reflector in Malta on the 3rd August 1864.
