NGC 7722 (also IRAS 23361+1540, MCG 3-60-17, UGC 12718 and PGC 71993) is a magnitude +12.4 spiral galaxy located 185 million light-years away in the constellation Pegasus.
The galaxy was discovered by German astronomer Heinrich Louis d'Arrest using a 27.94 cm (11 inch) f/17.5 refractor at the Copenhagen Observatory on the 12th August 1864.
