NGC 7050 (also GC 4652) is a magnitude +10.6 asterism located in the constellation Cygnus. The asterism consists of a group of fifteen magnitude +12 to +15 stars.
The grouping was discovered by British astronomer John Herschel using a 47.5 cm (18.7 inch) f/13 speculum reflecting telescope at Windsor Road in Slough, Berkshire, on the 19th August 1828.
