NGC 3759 (also MCG 9-19-136, UGC 6581 and PGC 35945) is a magnitude +13.3 face-on barred spiral galaxy located 256 million light-years away in the constellation Ursa Major.
The galaxy was discovered by German astronomer Heinrich Louis d'Arrest using a 27.94 cm (11 inch) f/17.5 refractor at the Copenhagen Observatory on the 13th August 1866.
