NGC 7355 (also ESO 406-6 and PGC 69587) is a magnitude +14.3 spiral galaxy located 540 million light-years away in the constellation Grus.
The galaxy was discovered by British astronomer John Herschel using a 47.5 cm (18.7 inch) f/13 speculum reflecting telescope at Feldhausen, Claremont, Cape Town on the 1st September 1834.
