NGC 600 (also IRAS 01305-0733, MCG -1-5-7 and PGC 5777) is a magnitude +12.4 face-on barred spiral galaxy located 85 million light-years away in the constellation Cetus.
The galaxy was discovered by German-British astronomer William Herschel using a 47.5 cm (18.7 inch) f/13 speculum reflector at Clay Hall in Old Windsor on the 10th September 1785.
