NGC 7345 (also IRAS 22364+3514, MCG 6-49-64, UGC 12130 and PGC 69401) is a magnitude +14.3 spiral galaxy located 430 million light-years away in the constellation Pegasus.
The galaxy was discovered by French astronomer Edouard Stephan using a 80.01 cm (31.5 inch) reflector at the Marseille Observatory on the 11th September 1872.
