NGC 7028 is a missing object located in the constellation Delphinus.
The object was discovered by German astronomer Albert Marth using a 121.92 cm (48 inch) reflector at William Lassell's Tigné Point observatory in Sliema, Malta, on the 17th September 1863.
Identification of the object is uncertain, as the position given by Albert Marth does not show anything that could resemble a nebula. A possibility is that NGC 7028 is the spiral galaxy PGC 66087 (also listed as IRAS 21035+1816, MCG+03-53-015, UGC 11676 and CGCG 448.039).
