NGC 19 (also IRAS 00080+3242, MCG 5-1-46, UGC 98 and PGC 759) is a magnitude +13.3 barred spiral galaxy located 207 ±18 million light-years away in the constellation Andromeda.
The galaxy was discovered by American astronomer Lewis A. Swift using a 40.6 cm (16 inch) Alvan Clark and Sons refractor at the Warner Observatory, East Avenue, Rochester, New York, on the 20th September 1885.
