NGC 7379 (also IRAS 22452+3958, MCG 7-46-18, UGC 12187 and PGC 69724) is a magnitude +13.4 barred spiral galaxy located 246 million light years away in the constellation Lacerta.
The galaxy was discovered by French astronomer Edouard Jean-Marie Stephan using a 80.01 cm (31.5 inch) reflector at the Marseille Observatory on the 22nd September 1876.
