NGC 7176 (also ESO 466-41, MCG -5-52-11, UGCA 423 and PGC 67883) is a magnitude +11.4 elliptical galaxy located 115 million light-years away in the constellation Piscis Austrinus.

The galaxy  was discovered by British astronomer John Herschel using a 47.5 cm (18.7 inch) f/13 speculum reflecting telescope at Feldhausen, Wynberg in Cape Town on the 23rd September 1834. 

Right Ascension 22h 02m 08.2s, Declination -31° 59' 26"
