NGC 7391 (also MCG 0-58-6, UGC 12211 and PGC 69847) is a magnitude +11.9 elliptical galaxy located 140 million light-years away in the constellation Aquarius.
The galaxy was discovered by German-British astronomer William Herschel using a 47.5 cm (18.7 inch) f/13 speculum reflector at Clayhall Farm House in Old Windsor on the 1st October 1785.
