NGC 7443 (also PGC 70218) is a magnitude +12.5 edge-on lenticular galaxy located 165 million light years away in the constellation Aquarius.
NGC 720 was discovered by German-British astronomer William Herschel using a 47.5 cm (18.7 Inch) speculum reflecting telescope at Clayhall Farm House in Old Windsor on the 3rd October 1785.
