NGC 399 (MCG 5-3-67, UGC 712 and PGC 4096) is a magnitude +13.5 barred spiral galaxy located 237 million light-years in the constellation of Pisces. 

The galaxy was discovered by Irish astronomer Lawrence Parsons, 4th Lord Rosse using a 182.88 cm (72 inch) speculum reflector at Birr Castle on the 7th October 1874.

Right Ascension 01h 08m 59.1s, Declination +32° 38' 01"
