NGC 7433 (also MCG 4-54-3 and PGC 70112) is a magnitude +14.9 spiral galaxy located 349 million light-years away in the constellation of Pegasus.
The galaxy was discovered by Irish astronomer R. J. Mitchell, assistant to William Parsons 3rd Earl of Rosse, using the 'Parsonstown Leviathan' 182.88 cm (72 inch) reflector at Birr Castle on the 12th October 1855.
