NGC 7551 is a magnitude +16.2 spiral galaxy located in the constellation Pegasus. 

The galaxy is close to a magnitude +14.0 star. 

The galaxy was discovered by German astronomer Albert Marth using a 121.92 cm (48 inch) reflector at William Lassell's Tigné Point observatory in Sliema, Malta on the 3rd November 1864.

Position (J2000): R.A. 23h 15m 22.0s  |  Dec. +15° 56' 27"
