NGC 3126 (also IRAS 10054+3206, MCG 5-24-19, UGC 5466 and PGC 29484) is a magnitude +12.8 edge-on spiral galaxy located 238 million light-years away in the constellation Leo Minor.
The galaxy was discovered by German astronomer Heinrich Louis d'Arrest using a 27.94 cm (11 inch) f/17.5 refractor at the Copenhagen Observatory on the 30th April 1864.
