NGC 6765 (PK 62+9.1) is a magnitude +12.9 planetary nebula located 7,600 light-years away in the constellation Lyra.
At its center is a white dwarf WD 1909 + 304

The planetary nebula was discovered by German astronomer Albert Marth using a 121.92 cm (48 inch) reflector in Malta on the 28th June 1864.
