NGC 1655 is a magnitude + 13.5 non-existent object (possibly a double star) located in the constellation Taurus.
The object was recorded by German astronomer Gerhard Lohse using a 39.37 cm (15.5 inch)  f15 Cooke equatorial refractor at Mr. Wigglesworth's observatory near Scarborough, Yorkshire around 1886.

Right Ascension: 04h 47m 11.8s, Declension:+20° 55' 25"
