A demonstration launch of a new rocket for the Department of Defence in the United States has ended in failure after video provided by the University of Hawii shows the rocket begin to oscillate in it's spin stabilised flight. The rocket was carrying a collection of small satellites for the ORS-4 mission which launched from the Barking Sands launch site in Hawii. It was to be the first orbital launch from Hawaii.
