A fire broke out at the atomic weapons base which maintains warheads for the UK's Trident nuclear deterrent.
The fire, inside a concrete bunker at the Atomic Weapons Establishment (AWE) in Aldermaston, Berkshire, started at about 2100 BST on Tuesday.

About 45 people have been arrested at a demonstration marking the end of a year of protests against nuclear submarines at the Faslane naval base on the Clyde.
Organisers Faslane 365 said the Big Blockade was the final event in their non-violent protest at the base, which houses the UK's Trident missiles.
