Domino's Announces 'Plans' to Build Pizza Parlour on the Moon

The Japanese arm of Domino's Pizza was taking public relations to new heights Thursday with plans to build the first pizzeria on the moon, The (London) Daily Telegraph reported.
The stunt follows rival chain Pizza Hut's mission to the International Space Station in 2001, when a pizza was delivered to astronauts orbiting the earth.

Leicester Unprepared for Zombie Attack

A worried member of the public has forced Leicester City Council to admit it is unprepared for a zombie invasion.
The authority received a Freedom of Information request which said provisions to deal with an attack, often seen in horror films, were poor.
The "concerned citizen" said the possibility of such an event was one that councils should be aware of.

Spanish Astronomers Claim Dwarf Sun Beyond Pluto 

The idea of a new planet being discovered in our Solar System is pretty exciting. Even more so because of the many theories about "planet-x" or "Nibiru" being associated with space aliens and the doomsday prophecies of 2012. Scientists at places like NASA and famous observatories have deflected inquiries about the discovery for a few years now, mainly because they feared being associated with these "fringe" theories. But like it or not -- it has happened. Well... According to a team of Spanish artronomers who call themselves the StarViewer Team.
The group made the rounds of all the news web sites in the past two weeks, claiming they discovered something very significant. It's almost twice the size of Jupiter and just beyond our furthest planetoid, Pluto. Although it's not a planet, it appears to have planets or large satellites encircling it. It's what astronomers call a "brown dwarf star" and its official name is "G1.9". . . .

Though the condition of spiritual leader Sathya Sai Baba is worsening, some of his devotees are confident he will recover and live for 96 years as he had once predicted.
As the guru battles for life at the Sathya Sai super speciality hospital at Puttaparthi town in Anantapur district, a group of devotees on Thursday held a press conference here to say he would recover and appeal to the media to respect their sentiments.
