Two astronauts visited Keighleys own space centre last Friday as part of a drive to encourage more students to study subjects such as maths and science.
Michael Fossum and Dr Karen Nyberg who are both American had just returned from a mission to the International Space Station.
They were given a quick tour of Park Lane College Keighleys Star Centre, off Dalton Lane, before being taken to Victoria Hall to meet schoolchildren.
