The 430 - 960 metre wide asteroid 2000 CO101 will make a close pass (49.7-lunar distances, 0.1277 AU), travelling at 8.59 km/second, to the Earth-Moon system on the 2nd March, 2010.

The Near-Earth Asteroid 2000 CO101 is to make a close flyby of the Earth moon system on the 17th September 2009.
The 0.5 - 1.0 km wide Apollo asteroid was discovered by LINEAR - Lincoln Laboratory ETS, New Mexico, on the 8th February 2000.

Minimum distance: 0.04582 AU.
Date: 2009-09-17 21:36: 00 UT
Maximum Magnitude: 14.6 V.
