The launch from Cape Canaveral Air Force Station, scrubbed three times, has been rescheduled for Sunday at 00:33 UT (Saturday, 7:33 p.m. EST).
Windy, cloudy weather has been a problem, as has a problem with a launch-pad valve used in fuelling. The valve should be repaired by Saturday.
