Lake Jiaming "The God's tear" is a meteor crater in Taitung, Taiwan.
Jiaming lake, in front of Sancha (three forks) Mountain in the southern section of the Central Mountains, was possibly formed million years ago by a meteor impact.
The oval-shaped lake, the highest alpine lake in Taiwan, is at an elevation of 3310m.
Lake Jiaming is a popular destination amongst climbers and hikers.
