The  magnitude 9 asteroid, 14 Irene, is predicted to pass only 0.2° north of magnitude 6 star 92 Virginis (HD 121607).
The event this evening is observable from Europe and the Americas.
Asteroid 14 Irene was at opposition on the 21st April, 2009.

Position(2000): RA = 13h56m27.90s, Dec = +01°03'02.0"
