'Free access' space observatory soon
Reaching out to the stars could now, quite literally become easier for astronomy enthusiasts, students and interested members of the public. In an attempt to bring the lay public closer to studies in Science and a first in the State, the Director of the Centre, B G Sidharth indicated on Wednesday that there would be a new public observatory open by the end of this year.
