Comet P/2009 SK280 (Spacewatch-Hill) was discovered by R. Hill (Mount Lemmon Survey) on the 15th October, 2009.
The orbital elements of the comet indicate a perihelion passage on the 22nd April, 2009, at a distance of  4.18 AU from the Sun, and a 10.5 year orbital period.
