Konstantin Feoktistov was the USSR's first civilian cosmonaut and crew member of the 1964 Voskhod spaceship.

Konstantin Petrovich Feoktistov (February 7, 1926 - November 22, 2009) was a Soviet cosmonaut and an eminent space engineer. He also wrote several books on space technology and exploration.
