The 120 - 280 metre wide asteroid 2009 XZ1 will make a close pass (53.8 lunar distances, 0.1382 AU), travelling at 16.87 km/second, to the Earth-Moon system on the 5th October, 2012 @ 14:06 UT ±00:19.
